Conditions For Using The Name Of Jesus To Get Results In Prayers.

Introduction:
The name you bear matters a lot in making your destiny. To the people of world the names they give to their children might not matter to them. That is why some call their children Sorrow as in the name of Jabez. 1 Chronicles 4:9. Some even call their children shrine.
God has to change the name of Abram to Abraham, even his wife’s was changed to match their destinies. Genesis 17:5,
Your name might be the reason why you are suffering. 1Samuel 25:25. The man in the above scripture whose name is Nabal, became foolish according to his name.
Jacob’s name was also changed. The angel discovered that his problem was from his name. So he had to change his name to match his blessing.
Genesis 32:28
Jesus was given a name to match his destiny and purpose on earth. Philippians 2:5-11.
The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runs to it and are saved. Proverbs 18:10, Luke 10:17
Jesus gave his apostle the authority to use His name before He ascended to heaven. Mark 16:17-18.
The name of Jesus can work for anybody but their are conditions. Anyone can use the name Jesus but the name does not work for everybody, it works for only those that know how to use the name.
John 14:13,
In Acts 3:6, Peter used the name of Jesus to heal the lame at the Beautiful Gate. Peter only touched the trigger for healing with the name Jesus, of which he knows how to use. John 16:23-24
The name Jesus is supreme in power. There is no other name more powerful than the name Jesus. Everything bows at the name of Jesus. Sicknesses and diseases bow at the mention of the name Jesus. Philippians 2:11.
Conditions For Using The Name Jesus
- You must be born again.
This is the first criterion in using the name of Jesus. Because Jesus must know you first before you use His name.
John 3:1-7 - Ask in line with the will of God
When you ask, ask according to the word of God.
God doesn’t answer to your words. He answer to His words. He doesn’t answer to your tears but His words. Locate the word of God that talks about your need, and send it back to Him in prayers.
1 John 5:14 - Have Faith
You must believe in the name you want to use. Believe that as you mention the name that it will work for what you have used it for. Act 3:16. Anytime you mention the name of Jesus in faith miracles sighs and wonders must follow. Mark 16:17-18 - Live a clean alive
If you must use the name of Jesus, live a holy life, shun sin. 2 Timothy 2:19
Anytime you are full of iniquity, God can not hear you. If God could see Jesus with sins (of the world) and turned His face from Him, how much more you. Matthew 27:46.
His eyes can not behold iniquity. You don’t have the right to use the name of Jesus if you don’t live a holy life. Isaiah 59:2, Habakkuk 1:13. - Being a soul winner.
Jesus said you should win a soul and let the soul abide, then anything you shall ask shall be given. John 15:16
