The public, especially the few MISADVISED Youths who parade themselves either as Vigilante or neighborhood watch have been advised to desist from any fetish oath taking in deadly shrines for any Leader that would affect their lives, their families and generations unborn after working for their communities and the local government.

A concerned youth in Igbo-Eze South local government area of Enugu state, Comrade Wilson Ugwuoke gave the advice while condemning plans by faceless individuals working for ‘whomsoever’ to take some vigilante youths in the council to deities for oath taking.

According to Comrade Ugwuoke, some individuals said to be recruited into community vigilante, called neighborhood watch in the area are to be forced to take oath for yet to be ascertained reasons.

He reminded them that the Enugu state Governor, Chief Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi does not support any act of bonding workers in the state to deities, noting that anybody found in the act is already out of protecting the people of the area.

Comrade Ugwuoke, also told those that are about to get involved in the act the danger of complying with such, and enjoined the government to urgently intervene in the issue to safe the lives of the youths in Igbo-Eze South.
