The former senator that represented Enugu North senatorial district, Senator Ayogu Eze, allegedly runs away from being served court papers. The embattled APC controversial governorship candidate reportedly ran and hid from a bailiff who had gone to serve him the court papers, and further instructed his son to inform the court bailiff that he had traveled abroad.
However, information on where and when he traveled was not disclosed.

The court order restrains Ayogu Eze from parading himself as the APC governorship candidate in Enugu State. And further restrains Adams Oshiomhole and the APC from submitting any other name except Barr. George Ogara, to INEC. The suit in addition stops INEC from accepting any other name from the APC other than Barr. George Ogara, pending the determination of the case.
Reacting to the allegation, Barr. George Ogara said that no one can resist court papers. ” The law must take his course and justice prevailed ” he added.
